Brethren, I hope at this time that you are all keeping well along with your families at this very trying time.
I have been asked by Grand Lodge to inform them of any Brother who has passed to the Grand Lodge Above of any 312 members. At this time of writing, Bro. Campbell Anderson has passed to the GLA. I have contacted his family who have resided in Tenerife for a number of years and expressed condolences from all at 312. The family have replied with grateful thanks for our words of comfort at their loss. I would ask if any Brethren hear of any 312 members passing to please inform me.
Some upbeat news, our Treasurer, Bro. Robert McGregor PM applied for a Government grant for the lodge which was approved and transferred into the bank on 24th April. This grant does not need to be paid back to the Government and is of great help to the lodge to stabilise it until we have confirmation of a re-opening date. Can I offer thanks to PM McGregor from myself and all our members for his work to secure these funds.
To the Brethren who have contributed to the Lodge funds with private donations, can I thank one and all for your generosity. Having discussed this with the Bro. Treasurer, we feel that any brethren who have been donating to the Lodge funds and after securing the grant, who wish to cancel their donation, no offence will be taken and we thank you once again for your support. Please contact the Bro. Treasurer Robert McGregor PM if you are cancelling or continuing.

Bro. David Stevenson WJW is to be thanked on keeping the Brethren updated on the Group Chat page. I believe some of the banter keeps all members upbeat, as well as informed, at this trying time. Bro. David has also been running the bonus ball which has been a very successful income for the lodge. Regarding the bonus ball, Bro. David will contact all brethren taking part of changes to the monies raised due to the lodge obtaining the grant.
Well done to Bro. David Stevenson WJW, keep up the good work.
Bro. Lenny McComb PM, Lodge St John Slamannan No. 484, is to be congratulated on raising the sum of £19,116.00 for Strathcarron Hospice. He has conveyed a message to all lodges thanking them for their support. He is hoping to present the money to the hospice as soon as can be arranged as they are also in need of donations at this time. Well done Bro. McComb.

Bro. Clint Swan PM celebrated his 50th Birthday on Thursday 23rd April. He passes on his thanks to WJW David Stevenson for setting up the video message from several brethren and their families. A good time was had by Bro. Swan.
