Bro. Sandy Renton witnessed a fine mock Entered Apprentice degree at Lodge Callendar No. 588. He was accompanied by Bro. Stephen Reid, his daughter’s partner and 588 member.

Visiting Lodge Zetland No. 391 for the Fellowcraft Degree were Bro. John Whitfield Almoner, Bro. Jack Stevenson Director of Music and Bro. Fraser Stevenson.

Saturday 11 October
Bro. Derek A. Robertson Junior Warden attended the Installation of Bro. Ian Anderson at Lodge Loch Lomond No. 1483. Installing Masters Bro. John McKenzie and Bro. Fraser Robb conducted the ceremony and installed the Master’s son Andrew Anderson as Inner Guard.
The ceremony took place in the Kilmarnock Millennium Hall, Gartocharn, a community facility with stunning views across Loch Lomond.
Later trivia revealed the building isn’t in Stirlingshire Masonic Province but rather the Province of Dunbartonshire.
Sunday 12 October
Lodge Polmont No. 793 and another of their successful Sunday afternoon cabarets. Attending from 312 was Bro. Derek A. Robertson, Junior Warden and his wife Jane.
A packed Lodge were entertained by female vocalist Sammie Lee and Queen tribute Neil Angus. Both performers did two sessions separated by a buffet offering stovies, Mac n Cheese, and chilli. A greet afternoon was had in the company of brethren from Polmont, Camelon, Slamannan and Carron.
