Saturday 30 May was a full day of masonic enjoyment for 312.
In the morning Senior Warden Derek A. Robertson and Bro. Roy Robertson visited Lodge Pitlochry No. 814 in Perthshire West. 312 Affiliate Bro. Sam Harris was in the chair for his last meeting of this lodge of education and enlightenment. The day’s topic was Indian Pete (Peter Williamson) with the 20-minute lecture delivered by Senior Grand Warden Bro. Archie Chalmers. Following the raffle both brothers high-tailed it to Bannockburn for the afternoon and evening’s proceedings.
Lodge Stirling Royal Arch No. 76 hosted a hugely successful Military Degree in aid of charity. Organised by Bro. Major David Harvey, some 102 signed the tyle including 14 from 312. Bro. Jim Fisher was in the chair for the day and passed the gavel to PM Bro. Pickering of The Douglas Lodge No. 409 in the Province of Linlithgowshire so that he and his degree team conducted an exemplification on the fellowcraft degree on Bro. Sandy Kerr of 76.

During the harmony (which went on until dark-o’clock) the collection, raffles and auctions raised £2,000 for charity. The funds to be split between Poppy Scotland and Erskine.
